Welcome to 777cx3. By accessing, registering on, or using the 777cx3 platform (available at 777cx3.net and any associated mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

777cx3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the 777cx3 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the 777cx3 platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of 777cx3, including players accessing the platform from Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other locations) and any other permitted jurisdiction.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with 777cx3 or by placing any wager or using any service on the 777cx3 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understand these Terms;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to 777cx3 is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will use the 777cx3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and 777cx3 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 777cx3 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777cx3 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting in a professional capacity on behalf of an entity subject to restrictions on gambling activities;
• You do not hold a position with 777cx3, any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You have not been previously self-excluded from the 777cx3 platform or from any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.

777cx3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals suspended, and the matter reported to the relevant regulatory authority.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 777cx3 services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 777cx3 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, Pakistani mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (or other registered contact), and any other information 777cx3 may request for Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777cx3 account credentials. You must notify 777cx3 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777cx3 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your login credentials.

• Account usernames must not impersonate any third party or include offensive language;
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or pledged to any third party;
• 777cx3 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion;
• KYC documentation may be requested before processing any withdrawal from your 777cx3 account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

777cx3 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency channels. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the 777cx3 cashier section at the time of the transaction. 777cx3 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated in the 777cx3 cashier. 777cx3 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods previously used to fund the account or to verified accounts registered in your name. 777cx3 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

• All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name;
• 777cx3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of AML review;
• Funds that are inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as stated in the current fee schedule;
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 before withdrawal.

05 Betting Rules & Game Play

All games and betting markets available on the 777cx3 platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of settling that particular bet or game outcome.

Casino games offered by 777cx3 — including live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Andar Bahar, and all slot titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live streaming from licensed studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles within the game lobby.

Sports betting (including PSL cricket markets, international Test and T20I cricket, UFC, and other listed events) is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or voided will have stakes returned to your 777cx3 wallet unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules;
• In-play bets are final once accepted by the 777cx3 system — the platform is not responsible for bets placed on stale odds caused by the user's internet connection;
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the sportsbook;
• 777cx3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at odds that are demonstrably incorrect due to a technical fault.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777cx3 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable across all 777cx3 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and payment method;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made;
• 777cx3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a qualifying account;

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cx3 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 777cx3 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain and failing to report them to 777cx3 immediately;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other automated means to interact with the 777cx3 platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games or poker-style games;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to 777cx3 systems or data;
• Making chargebacks through your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank, or card) for deposits that were legitimately wagered on the 777cx3 platform.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cx3 platform — including but not limited to the 777cx3 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777cx3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777cx3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any 777cx3 content without prior written authorisation from 777cx3.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cx3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the 777cx3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the 777cx3 platform due to technical maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond 777cx3's reasonable control;
• Any third-party conduct, including fraud perpetrated by third parties against your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials;
• Errors in odds or game results that are corrected by 777cx3 in accordance with these Terms;
• Loss of data or unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

777cx3's total aggregate liability to any individual player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

777cx3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to use the following features available within their 777cx3 account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to manage time spent on the platform;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 777cx3 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;

11 Termination & Suspension

777cx3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Verification of your identity or payment method has failed or cannot be completed;
• You have provided false information during registration or during a KYC process;
• Continued operation of your account would expose 777cx3 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach by you, 777cx3 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from your breach of these Terms, 777cx3 reserves the right to withhold all or part of your balance as liquidated damages to the extent permitted by law.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cx3 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 777cx3 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the regulatory authority overseeing 777cx3's gaming licence.

The failure of 777cx3 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
